Meditation is a practice that has been proven to enhance self-awareness, mood, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. There is more than one way to meditate and we have been conditioned to believe there is a right and a wrong way to meditate. 

Meditating is a personal practice and can look different from person to person. Allow yourself grace to discover what works for you and lean into that feeling!

The Mindful Me Journal

The Mindful Me Journal is designed to help you begin your journey with meditation and incorporate mindfulness into your life and was created by Nicole Manuel & Assunta Clary.

Throughout this journal, you will have the opportunity to be mindful of self-love, physical wellness, relationships, and more.  

This book is meant to serve as an introduction to meditation and journaling. It can be used in an individual or group setting. Take a moment to be still, silent, and reflective. With the beginner meditator in mind,  it will help on your journey of identifying your innermost feelings and thoughts.

The chapters are divided into five categories: self-care, physical wellness, money mindset, relationships, and introspection. The audio meditations were created and led by Andrea Clary.
