Many of us experience burnout and stress from living in survival mode, ignoring our body’s deepest needs and pouring from an empty cup. 

From teaching community-based yoga classes to private and corporate wellness workshops, my unique approach is designed to guide you to tap into soul guidance through mindful movement & meditation practices. 

  • I partner with companies, schools, and other organizations to provide workshops that include yoga, guided meditation, mental health + well-being advocacy, and breathwork.

  • Work 1:1 with me to receive yoga & meditation sessions tailored to help heal trauma, release energetic blocks, relieve tension stored in the body, and promote greater self-awareness and mind-body connection through practice.

Each of us has a unique energetic signature meant to be explored to help individuals understand their unique personalities, decision-making processes, life themes, and purpose.

Human Design is an energetic guidance tool and holistic self-knowledge system (combining elements from ancient & modern disciplines) designed to help you embody and re-align with your innate gifts and traits for life with MORE ease and fulfillment.

What the session includes:

  • a private 1:1 session

  • a blueprint reading to review your energy type, strategy, authority, patterns, conditions, and more!!!

  • review of your most important energetic variables (environment, determination, strongest sense, cognition)

  • a custom PDF guide + a unique combination guide that includes your natal astrology and life path - you will be able to keep & review this along your journey!

FAQ’s

  • No! Developing a practice can begin by being willing and open. You are not required to be able to touch your toes, be flexible, or be an "expert". You are allowed to have a practice unlike anyone else's. A practice that is unique to your needs. My role is to guide and hold space in creating what speaks to you.

    • Mental health: Yoga and meditation can help improve mental well-being by reducing stress and anxiety, and increasing mental clarity and concentration. 

    • Physical health: can improve flexibility, muscle strength, and tone, and can also improve cardiovascular health. Yoga can also help with pain management, especially for chronic pain conditions. 

    • Can help improve sleep quality

  • Manifestor: Manifestors are initiators and innovators designed to be catalytic. They have the ability to make things happen. They operate best when following their impulses and acting independently to initiate new ideas or projects without waiting for permission. They tend to live outside of societal norms and have a unique way of being in the world.

    Generator: Generators are the most common type and have a sustainable energy source known as the Sacral Center. They excel at working on tasks that they are passionate about and thrive when they are deeply engaged in their work. Generators are designed to wait to respond to life’s opportunities rather than initiating them.

    Manifesting Generator: Manifesting Generators combine the traits of both Manifestors and Generators. They have the energy to initiate like Manifestors but also the sustainable energy of Generators. Manifesting Generators are quick to respond to opportunities and often multitask to achieve their goals.

    Projector: Projectors are natural guides and advisors with a keen sense of observation and insight. They excel at understanding systems and people and are designed to wait for invitation and recognition before taking action. Projectors thrive when they are recognized for their unique perspective and are invited to share their wisdom.

    Reflector: Reflectors are the rarest type and are highly sensitive to the energies around them. They act as mirrors, reflecting the health of their environment. Reflectors are designed to wait for a full lunar cycle before making major decisions, allowing them to gain clarity and perspective over time.

  • You will receive a detailed overview of your body graph, type, strategy, authority, variables, channels, not-self themes, environment, strongest sense, and more! This overview will also be provided to you in a PDF format so that you can apply what resonates. Human Design is a TOOL, not a magic wand. You have to be willing to do the work of deconditioning, realigning, and healing.
