By changing the paint color, updating the furniture, choosing an intentional color palette, and approaching the space with sustainability and well-being in mind.

The atmosphere is welcoming, soothing, and a space meant to enhance sleep and rest, two vital components to our overall health and well-being. Studies have shown that a disorganized, cluttered space is often a reflection of whats in our minds; a physical manifestation of what lies beneath the surface in our subconscious.

Pay attention to how you feel when you enter a room. If you feel dysregulated, anxious, or restless, consider making changes for your mental health.

A little can go a LONG WAY if you’re on a budget! You don’t have to break the bank to get a space you love.

The couple wanted a calm and serene master bedroom with a focus on minimizing clutter and maximizing comfort.

Before (see below) it was dark and the furniture was way too large, making the room seem smaller than it was.
